Chipotle BBQ-Ranch Dressing

This is such an easy and tasty dressing to make, you'll be so glad you did!

Chipotle BBQ-Ranch Dressing

1/4 cup Light Ranch dressing (I'm a Hidden-Valley snob)
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (I'm a K.C.-Masterpiece snob)
1/2-1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce

Method

Use a stick blender to blend the dressing ingredients until smooth. Store left-over dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

**For regular BBQ-Ranch dressing, leave out the chipotle chili and simply stir the ingredients together in a small bowl.
